Read this notice before choosing to conduct a transaction electronically. Keep a copy for your records. A lender may ask you to give its own electronic consent.

1. What electronic consent covers
Electronic consent permits records, notices, disclosures, and signatures to be provided or completed electronically in connection with a request. Records may be delivered by email or made available on a website. This can include application information and communications about the service, whether you use a computer, phone, or tablet.
Review the consent presented at the time of an application. Viewing this policy alone does not apply for a loan or sign a loan agreement. Consent to electronic delivery is separate from optional marketing consent.
2. Accessing and keeping records
You need an internet-connected device, a supported web browser, an accessible email account, and software capable of opening the records supplied, including a PDF reader when records are provided as PDFs. You also need a way to save or print records for future reference.
Before consenting, confirm that you can open, read, and retain the records in the format used. If a provider changes its technical requirements in a way that affects access, review the notice and any renewed consent it requests.
3. Paper copies
You may request a paper copy of our electronic disclosures at no charge by emailing info@lendme247.com. Identify the record and provide the mailing details needed to fulfill the request. Request a lender’s documents directly from that lender; we do not hold your loan correspondence or loan agreement on its behalf.
4. Withdrawing consent
To withdraw electronic consent for communications from Lendme247.com, email info@lendme247.com. We will update the records we hold and forward the request to a lender or connecting service that received your information, where applicable. Contact the lender directly to change its delivery preferences.
Withdrawal affects future delivery; it does not invalidate records already provided or obligations you already accepted. An online service that depends on electronic records may be unable to continue electronically after withdrawal. Ask the relevant provider about other delivery options.
5. Keeping contact information current
Tell us if your email or mailing address changes. Separately update your information with any lender or other provider. Updating details with one company does not automatically update them with another.
6. Choosing electronic delivery
Where an application asks for your consent, proceed only if you have read the notice, can access and retain the electronic records, and agree to the scope of delivery described. If you do not wish to transact electronically, do not give electronic consent and ask the provider about any available alternative.
