1. Scope of this notice

The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, provides privacy rights for covered personal information. Certain records governed by financial-privacy or consumer-reporting laws may be exempt. Publicly available and properly de-identified information may also fall outside the law’s definition of personal information.

2. Information and purposes

Request information may include identifiers and contact details, financial account information, income, employment, and information about the requested service. Social Security numbers and certain financial details can be sensitive information. The exact fields depend on the application you complete.

Information can come from you or from parties involved in providing the requested service. Uses include processing your request, connecting you with providers, answering questions, and fulfilling legal obligations. See our Privacy Policy for information about sharing and communications.

3. Rights you may exercise

  • Know and access: ask about personal information held about you, its sources, uses, and recipients, and request a copy.
  • Correct: ask for inaccurate personal information to be corrected.
  • Delete: request deletion, subject to applicable exceptions.
  • Opt out: direct a covered business to stop selling or sharing personal information as defined by California law.
  • Limit sensitive information: request limits on certain uses or disclosures where the right applies.
  • Equal treatment: exercise applicable rights without unlawful discrimination.

4. Making a privacy request

Email info@lendme247.com or write to the address below. Describe the right you wish to exercise and provide enough information to locate the relevant record. You do not need to create an account.

For an access, correction, or deletion request, we may need to verify your identity. We will explain what is needed; do not include your full Social Security number, bank credentials, or identity documents in an initial email. An authorized representative may contact us on your behalf, subject to applicable verification requirements.

5. Sale, sharing, and sensitive-information choices

To submit an opt-out request, email info@lendme247.com with the subject “Do not sell or share my personal information.” For a sensitive-information request, explain the use or disclosure you want limited. We will apply the request to covered information and uses as required by law.

You may also communicate an opt-out through a recognized browser preference such as Global Privacy Control where applicable. These static information pages do not run advertising or analytics scripts. A provider’s separate application may have its own privacy controls and notice.

6. Responses and exceptions

We aim to respond to verified access and deletion requests within 45 days, and will explain an applicable extension if one is needed. Other request types may have different legal deadlines. A response will explain any part of a request that cannot be fulfilled.

Deletion may be limited where records must be kept for a transaction, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or another applicable exception. A later request for a service can create a new record, but does not by itself override an existing marketing or sale/sharing opt-out.

7. Updates and further information

The date above identifies this notice’s latest revision. For general information about California privacy rights, visit the California Attorney General’s CCPA information page. Contact us about your specific record or request using the details below.
