This policy applies to Lendme247.com, operated by TR Media dba TRM Leads. A lender’s own privacy notice applies to information you provide directly to that lender.

1. Information connected with a request

Depending on the application and service you use, information can include your name, contact details, Social Security number, bank account details, employment, income, and payment history. A lender may separately obtain credit history and credit scores for its assessment. Lendme247.com does not itself pull your credit report.

Information is supplied when you make a request, contact the service, identify an account for funding, or provide employment and income details. Do not send bank account numbers or your Social Security number in an ordinary email to our support team.

2. How information is used

Information supports processing a request, connecting you with participating providers, responding to inquiries, and fulfilling legal obligations. Marketing uses and disclosures are subject to applicable law and your communication choices.

A lender evaluates applications independently. Its information practices, verification procedures, and loan servicing activities are governed by its own notices and agreements. Review those documents before accepting a loan or submitting information on another website.

3. Sharing and your choices

Information may be disclosed for service operations, marketing, joint marketing, and to affiliated or unaffiliated companies. Some sharing is necessary to process a request or satisfy legal requirements. Other sharing can be limited, including certain affiliate uses of creditworthiness information and certain marketing disclosures.

Email info@lendme247.com to request limits on sharing. State the choice you wish to exercise and the email address associated with your request. A sharing preference does not itself cancel an existing loan; contact the lender regarding that agreement.

4. Mobile information and marketing communications

Mobile information and text-message opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Choosing to receive marketing calls or SMS messages is voluntary; it is not required to obtain a loan or another service. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop commercial emails, use the sender’s unsubscribe instructions or contact us. To withdraw consent to our calls or messages, email info@lendme247.com. Tell us which communications you want to stop. Independent companies manage their own communications, so send requests to those senders as well.

5. Understanding the parties involved

An affiliate is a company related by common ownership or control. An unaffiliated company is not related in that way. Joint marketing means an arrangement between companies to offer products or services together. Participating lenders and other service providers may have different roles and separate responsibilities for the information they receive.

6. Security and careful communication

Information transmitted online cannot be guaranteed to remain secure in every circumstance. Use a private device and connection when sharing financial details, and review the destination before submitting an application. Our support email is for questions and requests; a support conversation should not include passwords, complete account numbers, or identity documents unless a suitable method has been arranged.

7. Children’s information

This service is for adults aged 18 and older. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so that we can address the information involved.

8. California residents

Read the California Residents Privacy Rights notice for additional information about applicable access, correction, deletion, and privacy choices. Rights depend on the information and law involved; some financial information is subject to separate rules.

9. Policy updates

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Review this policy when you return to the service. A change to this notice does not replace consent where consent is required by law.
